iAkoranga Image Size Limit - How to Resize Your Image

iAkoranga has an image upload limit of 5MBs. Often images will exceed this limit, especially photos taken from mobiles.

Below is a guide on how to compress these images to meet the size limit without losing much quality. This can be done with the Photo App, which is built into Windows 10.

How to resize an image in Windows with the Photos App

Right-mouse click the image in Windows and go to Open with > Photos

Click the 3 dots (...) at the top right of the window
Select Resize

Select Option: M (Medium)

Name the new file and click Save

The new file should be significantly smaller, without much of a dip in quality.
