Sharing a Document Via Student OneDrive

Here are instructions on sharing via OneDrive
First of all, you'll need to save your document onto your computer into a folder that is easy to get to.
Then, follow the steps below:
Go to https://portal.office.com and enter your student e-mail address and password
E-mail address
Enter your Student ID Number followed by @akonga.twoa.ac.nz
Example: 20000000@akonga.twoa.ac.nz
Once you are signed in, you will see this page, click on "OneDrive" to open your Student OneDrive folder:
Once you're in your OneDrive folder, click on "Upload" as highlighted in blue below:
From there, you'll be able to upload your document.
Once it's uploaded, go to the "Sharing" column, as shown below and click on the word "Private" or "Shared" as shown:
A window will appear on the right hand side of your screen and you'll be able to click "Share".
In the "Share" field, click on where it says "Enter a name or email address" and put your kaiako's email address in there. Then click SEND and you're all done!
