Forgotten Password - Windows 10 Tauira Device

Tauira has forgotten the password to their Win10 Tauira Resource

This can happen if the Tauira registered a brand new Microsoft when initially setting up the laptop but has since forgotten the password. Fortunately this password is recoverable so long as the user knows which e-mail address was used to register the account.

Go to: https://login.live.com
Enter e-mail address (normally a personal gmail address but could be anything including their akonga address)
Click Next
Click Forgot My Password
If the address is correct, the Tauira will be presented with 3 recovery options
